Saving America from Collapse
Famed investor, Jim Rogers has endorsed this concept of sending Congress back to their home districts. This is similar to the ideas expressed in “Constitutional Coup“, in the chapter “You Can Go Home Again.”
The significant difference is that in Constitutional Coup, the idea is to have federal legislators, House and Senate, do their business from their state’s capital, placing them under the watchful eye of state legislators.
